Official Rules

1. Random Ideas, LLC ("Sponsor") is giving away one 3rd Generation 32GB iPod Touch, retail value $299 ("Prize").
2. The contest begins at 12:01am (MST), September 29th, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm (MST) on October 31, 2009.
3. To be eligible to win the prize, you must sign up on Edibles-Online.com and activate your account.
4. The email address used to create your account on Edibles Online must be valid in order for us to contact you in the event you win.
5. The winner shall be selected at random from among all Edibles Online members. Edibles Online is a free service, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prize.
7. The winner will be notified via email to the account on file in Edibles Online. If the winner does not respond to that email within 96 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason.
9. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
10. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
